"UTC Clock" is "local time (Local Time)" and "Universal Time (UTC)" clock app to display side by side.

This thing resets itself every time, and you have to enter everything manually even the local time each time you open application. Very disappointed!

Dont Bother, Bad App
I was in a hurry, liked the display, and didnt read the reviews. Whats the purpose of getting an app if you have to enter all the information? It doesnt get the utc time for you, is merely a display that YOU set up, I cant even call this an app.
